• Develop comprehensive migration plans including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure compatibility and accuracy. Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and document all phases of the migration process. Maintain transparent communication throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 2. Compliance and Data Validation (10%) Ensure system design and migration processes comply with HCL Healthcare and HHSC standards. Establish validation and auditing mechanisms to maintain data integrity post-migration.

• Must have: Desired Profile: Very Strong in Core Java / J2ee Fundamentals. Very Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Ability are a Must. Excellent Communication Skills Should Have Expertise in any of the Two Following Frameworks: Spring, Angular. Good Experience with Web Services or JMS Is a Plus. Very Strong Oracle Database Skills Are Essential. Elastic Search or Open Search Experience Are a Plus Must Be Capable of Managing the Full SDLC. Delivering Quality Projects on Time and on or Under Budget
